LexisNexis Business Intelligence Solutions gaat internationaal

LexisNexis combineert producten en diensten in één organisatie om haar klanten beter te bedienen.

AMSTERDAM, 17 januari 2012 – LexisNexis, toonaangevende aanbieder van content- en technologische oplossingen, kondigt vandaag aan dat het haar business intelligence activiteiten in Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Latijns Amerika samenvoegt, waarmee een nieuwe organisatie ontstaat: LexisNexis International Business Intelligence solutions (LNI BIs). Deze verandering is het gevolg van toenemende verzoeken van klanten om zowel lokaal als globaal bediend te worden. Klanten en markten met dezelfde eigenschappen en behoeften komen samen, en opereren onder één management structuur.

LNI BIs heeft met meer dan 200 werknemers een breed internationaal bereik en bedient 2.850 klanten in meer dan 62 landen.

Rob Veneboer, voorheen managing director voor Benelux, Duitsland en Channels en benoemd tot managing director van de nieuwe organisatie, is positief over de gevolgen voor huidige en toekomstige klanten. “Onze klanten en prospects profiteren van ons geconsolideerd portfolio.” zegt Veneboer. “Met deze nieuwe structuur zijn we in staat de best mogelijke diensten en producten te leveren, bouwend op onze gecombineerde expertise en ervaring. Innovatie zal leiden tot sterkere oplossingen in de nabije toekomst.”

Veneboer bevestigt dat de dienstverlening op dagelijks niveau niet zal veranderen. De consolidatie van middelen en expertise biedt juist nieuwe mogelijkheden om klanten te voorzien van kwalitatief goede diensten. “Deze gecombineerde focus markeert de start van een nieuw tijdperk, voor onze klanten en onze teams” zegt Veneboer. “Met de integratie van de verschillende landen in één organisatie zijn we in staat hoogwaardige producten en diensten te leveren, om optimaal te voldoen aan de vragen van onze klanten.”
